Is JT really the correct person as CEO?
Whilst, I would agree that he is doing a bang on job with promoting, don’t we need an individual that fully understands how to advance a project at this point? Just promoting will get us where we are now. Henri never understood the project, and the current temporary CEO, a promoter, has just driven us lower.
The Board needs to get someone with a vision, and a steady hand to develop a strategy, and stick it out. Not change strategies at the drop of a hat, or with the latest buzzword specialty. This person certainly needs to work with Starzecki, but I’m not certain JT should be the next CEO.
