though it gets to the stage when the dilutions are no longer palatable. The US listed shares at the present value are basically penny stocks, (this is the US term for anything under $5) for which a lot of trading brokerages won't or aren't allowed to go anywhere near due to mandated rules. US Funds won't go near it at present valuations either. So I doubt dilutions will even be an option
