Think of water travelling along a river. It goes
FTTP > Mobile Tower > You
The amount of 'water' travelling between the mobile tower and you is limited by the amount of 'water' travelling between FTTP and the Mobile Tower. Not only that, the mobile tower is supplying services to thousands of people at once so all of those thousands of people have to share whatever amount of bandwidth is supplied to the mobile tower via FTTP.
You cannot get a faster connection than FTTP via a Mobile Tower, it's that simple.
