It is interesting point though, assuming need say $700m mkt cap to hit that ASX 300 target.... Will need acquisitions to get there.

circa $100m mkt cap currently, and double share count (i.e. scrip based acquisitions) and double share price gets him to $400m... So would need to triple the share price to get close... So thats about $1. and he'd get $15m of stock. So that's a fair bit of incentive from MGMT to light a couple of rockets under the SP... Sitting back with the popcorn and watching big Joe have a crack.
