Yeah moving to monthly billing which will improve debtors, but in some services delay cash receipt as would have been upfront before, or invoiced and paid on account. for annual billings moving to 2 week notice for annual renewals (reduction in time) which makes it harder to switch with less time to investigate options. This all coming from improved billing software and processes. They may have even said they have had in improvement in debtors in the last couple of months. They mentioned they have had a good start to the year (Jan & Feb) in a number of segments which is leading towards a good H2 result.
