The ASX and Global markets will be treading water, waiting to see what happens between USA & Iran.
I suspect a large percentage of orders (both buys & sells) would have been shelved until some clarity develops there. Shooting a US military aircraft down in international air apace is not a small deal.
Trump is talking himself self out of military action, which has probably saved the markets for now but nobody really trusts Trump, so many will suspect he is planning assaults against Iran whilst publicly broadcasting the opposite message.
I was keen on a couple of buys today but have put the cue back in the rack based on this situation. Also shifted my super to a very defensive position.
