To me it does look like people are playing it safe this time round.
I'd say a lot of people are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the final number of bpd that will be pumped
Out of Tinaldo. Then we can start crunching some numbers and factoring in
Future plans/developments for other projects.
If all the numbers add up then we are in for exciting times IMO
