The fact they mentioned Namibia working capital, assumes that they must be pretty close with the finalisation of the terms on the block, which will be great news.
A little disappointed that they didn't raise the cash to pay for L6 3D and try to retain the 40% interest, though I know they have been saying they want to farm it out, i was quietly hoping they would raise the cash themselves.
Hopefully when Namibia is finalised they will raise the cash for the 2D seismic there.
