The difference is its an application which allows staff to set their own availability times remotely by app. Then the business manager logs on and rosters accordingly.
It could be a huge time and money saver in industries that employ a lot of casuals (such as woolies, coles, fast food, labour-hire).
Could alternatively be used as a skill-based availability for companies that do mining/industry shut-downs (i.e. if you are a fitter you sign onto the fitter roster and put down availibility and they can remotely prompt you for each job).
essentially this is a step in removing HR costs lol.
