thats my point.
timesheet is a past tense WHAT HOURS YOU WORKED.
rostering is future tense - WHAT HOURS ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO WORK

I use Xero for timesheeting and payroll. I have used SAP for everything from work planning (job budget and contractors) to timesheeting to multi-national labour rates calculations.. SAP is an over-arching program which is why its so useful and also timeconsuming (to make it efficient they had to make it very unintuitive).
Rostering is an app where casuals set availability for a future job, Xero SAP and Oracle are all not in this field.
