- App will take on realestate.com.au by offering consumers unique features when searching for properties for sale, rent or open for inspection;

The Home Open App provides mobile user’s the capability to instantly identify properties for sale or rent that are or will be open for inspection in a desired locality. The App initially focuses on residential properties for sale, but may have wider application to commercial and industrial properties.

Ease of use will allow for fast searching without the need to trawl through thousands of listings that do not offer home opens. Linked to electronically generated maps (such as ‘Google’ maps) and with input from real estate records of properties available for sale or rent, the App provides an immediate user interface for identifying relevant properties and is designed to add properties of interest to a user’s calendar to enable reminders and scheduling of inspections.

Home Open has been developed for iPhone and has already been reviewed and approved by Apple. Home Open will launch with a new website and full back-end functionally automatically feeding in estate agent listings from around the country.

The Company has instructed its trade mark attorneys, Watermark, to proceed with drafting and filing a patent application on completion of the Acquisition. The patent will be for the implementation and functionality of the Home Open concept.
