If you are looking for 2billions eggs and have no chicken, the capex is huge.
Or you can start with 2 chicken first, get them lay some eggs, wait for the eggs to hatch, and so on, but it will be very long time and a lot of persistence and commitment.
Oh, and what will you do with those chicken and there will be no need for egg? Infrastructure investment is long term and based on people needs, not just 1 company project.
