The relationship with DJ's goes back quite a way. Ceglinski was the Manager of Investment Banking at DJ's for the past few years until a few months ago. The company has been on the radar of DJ's brokers and their pref clients for ages, some of whom are already big holders.
ktm - my comments re timing of a farm in are my opinion only. Let's hope it's earlier. I've heard it wasn't looking close a couple of weeks ago - which was the impetus for some big holders to pressure the Chairman to move aside. I'd be surprised if they could go from not even close to a done deal in much less time. If there were good JV proposals "on the table" right now I doubt they'd be rasing capital @ 28c a share and going to an EGM for an extra $2m.
