5mill deal

Does not sound like the best from our perspective. It seems as though the private investor is getting a damn good deal with $4.7mill worth of options handed to him which on todays price along gives him a $1mill profit/return. In addition to that, they get revenue interest of up to $10mill in the next 3 years. That's a 100% return in 3 years + a minimum $1million profit on options at current market price. All for a $5mill outlay. Thing that IS good is the fact that all this only is a good deal if AKK go extremely well over the next 3 years and the investment is not nearly as attractive if things don't go well. Interesting deal
