@seanbuccs, I'll go with @Pie-O-My estimate but make the observations

(1) I've seen US data (2018) showing combustion turbine plants costing ~US$604 Kw as "construction cost". That put's it at a mere U$3M. But of course no economy of scale or location advantage. Triple it for Australia so US$9M or AUD$12M

(a) the $18M placement is to

I don't think that rules out requiring additional capital in 2021

(b) the Placement ensures commercial works (stuff in the EPCM gets going) STARTS


Starting and completing can be far apart.

What will confirm the project and thus the funding for completion of stage 1 and stage 2 is FID

Notice it says Stage 1 - FID Planned ... when that says FID Approved then I'll get excited.
