Towie asks ! Hi where will they be able to test this Prototype ( taken from that annoying r.i.p blr thread )

Towie, good question ..... one would suggest there are many to choose from, here's an insight regarding State/Federal permitting, from a recent article.

Article relate specifically to Colorado ! but to my understanding, is relevant to all States.

Seven uranium mines that recently filed for the exemptions, known as “temporary cessation” permits.

These permits allow mines to stop production for five years without closing, and are intended to consider the nexus between mining activity and mineral prices.

Operators can reapply, but production cannot be halted for more than a decade. A mine must eventually show activity or shut down and restore the land it used.

In all but one case, only one has exceeded the 10-year limit years ago, and have merely applied for additional permits.

As you can see, Black Range Minerals, choice of resource mine sites to engage testing of the 5T/per hr Unit is not as restrained as many would be lead to believe :)

The same scenario exists within the whole Western region of thee US, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico .......... you get the picture.

As one can see within the info contained in the above links there are an array of opportunities, next question are all sites sandstone hosted mmmmmm yes the majority.

    For The Record
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) currently regulates operating uranium recovery facilities in Wyoming, New Mexico, and Nebraska. However, the NRC does not directly regulate the active uranium recovery operations in Texas, Colorado, and Utah, as they are Agreement States, meaning that they have entered into strict agreements with the NRC to exercise regulatory authority over this type of material.

    Cheers from G64 :)
