Soooo they rip out , 100 million from NZ investors by apparently not telling them they are investing the monies in MFS Pacific, and can incur a jail term of five years.
But in Oz 200 million dollars taken against the assets of the Premium Income Fund to pay out debt is only basically worth some fines , forget about the privilege of a Director in public company penalty . I am sure there are ways around that. BTW 50 million of that 200million also went into some obscure little start up Mortgage Company .I forget the name of the company off hand.King was the CEO and this company 'apparently' lost the lot. Anyway I always wondered how you could possibly lose 50million so quickly .Of course Mr King has informed his creditors he is completely broke and living in a shed on Elysium Fields.???
So where does he get the money to invest in an African mining venture. ???
