I am a long term holder, and investor. its just not fair that the 11% new votes (first tranche beneficiaries), will vote to get another 18% of cheapies. We have known about this for a long enough a time, for the management to offer a similar price to existing investors. I would urge everyone to vote against this 2nd tranche. It would not be detrimental to the progress of the company, and the management would have to come up with a less dilutive, and equitable share placement.
I want this company to succeed, and every holder to benefit from it.
