Market should expect sooner NSL will bring on a JV(50/50) agreeamnt with an Indian Resource Majors, like Tata Group(MC U$60 billion for its QLD 6-18 billion tonnes of thermal coal projects.

In the past, Tata even would like to invest A$1 billion on VIC brown coal projects.

Actually if you read NSL's recent announcements carefully, you will find NSL already prepared for such agreement.

"This focus however, will only be on those staged investments whereby we can leverage direct opportunities afforded by the Company’s Indian iron ore and
emerging Queensland thermal coal relationships and assets."

"QLD coal: Potential to leverage Indian knowledge and thermal coal demand into future offtake agreements"

One year ago, CMMC even wanna invest U$110 million on NSL when we didnot have AP14(newly acquired tenement), didnot have QLD coal, now if CMMC comes back, will the offer be increased to A$220 million?
