Yes, I'm also wondering about RMB's 6.25% NSR which applied to first 65000t of copper produced. As at 31 Dec. '05 Anvil has only produced ~ 46000t (?) which would leave them 19000t short of payout. If the NSR has now been extinguished (in conjunction with refinancing through Fortis Bank facility) what did RMB charge as an exit penalty ? Did this inflate total cash costs for the last quarter ? BTW what ever happened to Mutoshi Cobalt that was drilled early last year - AVM's been very quiet on that ever since the Chemaf dispute was confidentially settled.
