Morley: What is your perspective on the Technology Division takeover that never eventuated? This valued that aspect of the Inventis at circa 20 odd million.

If you do analyse the last three years then progress is being made. I am particularly impressed by the sales revenues and the significant improvements for subsequent corresponding periods. The most recent one is definitely something that brought a smile to my face.

I am extremely excited (how did you guess?) about Inventis. Excluding non-cntinuing revenue we are looking at a NPAT of 1.6million for this year. The current market capitalisation is under 3 million. IN most instances, the directors have fully participated in the recent capital raisings and partnerships are being created. The proof will be in the pudding six months down the track. I for one have invested heavily in the capital raisings and can see dividends being paid out in the forseeable future.
