the dot com boom has nothing exceptional about it. Markets function in wave. Been investing for 20 years.
this has nothing to do with the tech boom, which by the way, you'd make heaps of money if you bought and held from 1999.
What's the argument? That buying any stock long term make you money? Or that all stocks /industries go through normal market phases?
One reason with the asx trades textbook is the non sophistication of investors here. It's very obvious this is such a young exchange.
