I thought Tibbs would be telling you before me, so I didn't bother.
Right click on his picture - or any picture from any website - click onto properties at the bottom of the drop down box - and highlight the address from http to the end of the gif, jpg etc. Copy that, then go to your message and write
That's it.
If you want it to be your avatar, go to your account and do the same thing in there.
