Agree with your comments ... totally on the money. I was unaware their div policy was 50% of NPAT (my bad).
Interesting Copulos Group bought 5m shares at $1.21 post downgrade in Nov'11. My understanding is that they are a successful operator of KFCs in Victoria. They would have an excellent understanding of the business and trading conditions at the time and saw that price as attractive.
