    HDR has traded over 6 million shares so far this pm and some one [or group] is happy to pay $2.07 to $2.08.

    The buyers obviously think that HDR will go higher despite the "cooked valuation" memorandum that we were snowed with yesterday. That valuation should have been in the range of $2.50 to $3.0
