10Bayst, I reckon the directors would have picked up enough sub 1c.
It is encouraging to know they are still going on the roadshow, it intimates to me that some of the DD has been completed. No surprise it is going to take longer, tenure ownership can be quite complicated with money changing hands here and there over the years for ground with village, local and regional heads and paper trails getting lost in the system.
They are obviously being very careful. It would make sense for them to have a cut off date around mid Feb, put together what they do have if possible and then work on the rest later.
