I think the big buying wont come in until the market stabilises and the sellers get washed out. No serious selling today or yesterday so i think we are getting closer. Most sellers would have exited by now, so only the most faithful are remaining.

Dont forget that it's only been 18mths since investors in SSS/PZC lost EVERYTHING. Understandably, fear would be running higher in this stock during any sell-off.
