    You are probably right on that. However on reading the report it still seems this is the tip of the iceberg and patience is required to see if the German Govt gives finance approval. There are many irons in the fires and it seems the Australian market is still being considered with the Hills announcement. Hills Hoist, Hills Blue Gen?
