It would have been smarter for SVL to have done a CR long before now, when the share price was much higher to lessen dilution. Also as well as more bang for their buck, it may have helped stabilise the share price a little as SVL would have been seen as cashed up with no CR on the horizon.
The way it stands now most potential investors are expecting a CR in the near future and are sitting on their hands until after it happens as the share price will almost certainly drop.
In the mean time the SVL share price dies a slow death....
