As an income investor, to circumvent all of the above, I have done the following :-
1) estimated my near future dividend payouts to be at only 12 cps every half-year. At 13 cps, the full yield (incl of the frankings) will still give me a reasonable yield of 7.4% at my Buy price of $4.6525.
Based on what I have, I have never seen TLS giving anything less than 28 cps since listing in 2007. I stand open to corrections.
2) prepare funds to always buy lower, should the price drops and drops. Assumption is, TLS will NEVER go into liquidation.
