WS's past in the drilling industry speaks volumes for what he can now do with Globe Drill, thanks to the marriage with CKK. Effectively CKK has been the publically listed entity or shop front (bridge) for Globe Drill (the engine room).

Perhaps my skepticism was unfounded regarding the changes made to the IP agreement - delay in commencing the next rig. Looks to me that for those patient enough funding for the following rigs will likely come from revenue rather than share dilution or debt? I for onw don't give a tinkers cuss about a dividend, rather I would much prefer to see revenue fund company expansion.
As I pointed out in an earlier post WS has forgone MANY millions in royalty payments by agreeing to the change in the IP agreement, why would he do this? FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMPANY THAT's WHY - the individual is not bigger tha the team folks.
This aint gunna happen overnight but the clever ones are all set ;)
