that is 3.61% of the issued capital. i have never seen in twenty years of trading more shorted shares in one day than this. asic should be looking into this. OIL are not ALOUD to be shorted. someone has borrowed these shares and slammed down the price. no wonder the sp was smashed in the last 10 minutes. it was a con job to entice sellers thru stops being hit. what a joke this market has become.
