Rock, I agree, it was a shrude move on AWE's part.
AWE have forced ADI's hand in bringing forward news - great news for all JVP holders.
I still struggle with the idea of an AWE takeover for what is effectively a 2000 net acre interest.
AWE haven't explained to their shareholders why they have launched a takeover bid either. I guess part of the reason is they don't want help push up the price but it does make me wonder, is there unseen intent behind this bid?
