it makes no sense.
Why dont the HK based energy company simply spend the same cash and get a much bigger slice on the ASX in the open market where the shares are apparently undervalued?
The logic is broken.
I sold out my last shares today. Until I start to comprehend where Linc is actually going/will be going and get a sense that they mean it I will sit on the sidelines.
