I'm a little confused.... If the delisiting goes through, does linc have to offer to buy back shares from holders at a certain price through a formal offer? or do we automatically get transferred over to the SGX and then gamble our money there?
I have a trading account and am wondering if I trade my shares before the 15th Novemebr or wait to see if they offer $$ to buy out shareholders....
Some guidance woudl be greatly appreciated!
