Buddy, I probably was not clear enough when I made the statement about the seismic. As I understand the seismic that has been done is all in the western section of the EP115 area that makes up the Surprise disocvery and field.

I was refering to the central and Eastern sections of that permit where to my knowledge very limited sesimic has been done. I assumed that was what 242 was ranting and raving about.

I like you am all for the accelerated development of the Surprise discovery and am dissappointed that there has been very limited progress in this area. I have my own ideas as to why this is, but it is all speculation on my part.
