    Quite simply, if there is funding, PDY should have made sure that they had everything letter perfect, before making an ann. All they've achieved by doing it the way they did yesterday, is to make themselves look incompetent.

    What are your thoughts on the one day wonder poster?
    Maybe he does work for PDY after all, as was suggested some time ago?,
