Hard to know how it will fully unfold, but you know how shares work, you buy now for future earnings. So you want to be onboard before all the announcements about improving domestic traffic etc and looming international travel etc. Smart greedy people will figure all thos other stuff out. Let capitalism take care of the rest.
I think they will put a stop to these state borders closures soon enough allowing domestic travel to flourish, then game on for international.
