I get where you are coming from.
You do seem to be missing the obvious however. That is the JV with Wei Hua for a steel mill which had a one year contract from what I remember.
Initial outlays for getting the prefeasibility, conveyancing, travel, permits etc etc etc is not going to be cheap.
We are at the start of a business which is always the most capital intensive stage.
I don't envisage management spending the prodits on anything but expansion for the next 4-5 years.
