Two big announcements can hit anytime, Chinese delegation and what ever the news articles have been inaccurately alluding to, and also product coming out the back end of the Phase 2 plant.

Given they haven't released a clarification announcement, the real one must be pretty close.

Definitely don't think they are doing capital raising, just drumming up interest.
