There's no future earnings built into this current share price at all with regards to ClickVu!
If the merger can bring in 40% of Australia's working population (5 million employees) onto the ClickVu platform and charged out @ roughly $1 per employee per month, $12 per employee per annum (maybe the employer covers this fee) that's a nothing cost for the multiple benefits of such a platform not to mention the B2B fees that could be charged out for products and services offered.
$5 million per month - $60 million per year!
Between IP1 and Comply Path they have over 2 million Australian employees already using the ClickSuper Platform and the Bond Platform.
6c sounds good to me but I like 10c better.........
