And without being a wet-blanket - actually to BE a wet blanket - I note the language used in the ann tells us the DFS will be 'completed' this week. Not 'released'. So that may mean the office will want to run its slide rule over a few things before making a definitive ann. Let's hope I'm wrong!

Even so - Nic Clift would hardly have allowed himself to be employed on a no-goer. He must have read the DFS in its draft form. So it is, it seems, full steam ahead. And 'filthy' is accurate in my case. Even so, for me it is buying time again!
