an EV will make an iota of difference if ploy one person drives one. when all the ICE cars are crushed and everyone is using mass EV transport to get around the air will be clearer and we'll accumulate less heat.
when all the coal power stations and gas turbines are melted down to make EVs and low emissions energy supply is up to speed there'll be a bigger difference.
when cattle are munching red seaweed and the only fertiliser comes from cattle we'll start to see the temperature lower
