The end date according to agreement is either: - the latest date being 22nd April - four weeks after Data Room Open Date of 18 March, making it 16th April - some other date agreed with both parties
My reading is that it isn't clear when the end date of exclusivity is, it might be as early as the end of this week, or as late as the end of next week, or somewhere inbetween
I echo dapper's question that it isn't crystal clear what the date is, but we do have a range to go by.
