Am I correct in quoting that the company release re the Takeover gave them 4 weeks exclusivity for their Due Diligence to be completed? That should be getting close by now for their diligence to be completed and make their decision known? An update by our CEO wouldn't go astray by now, maybe there are still other super funds making discreet enquiries? I would like to know as a long term shareholder just when the exclusivity period expires, the board and management would certainly know that date and they have a distinct advantage over us given their substantial holdings and what it means to their retirement funds? If this deal gets the go ahead then we retail investors have to accept a cash payment for our holdings and then decide how and where to invest those funds, in my case it is at the offer price a substantial amount and I would like to know asap some timing factors.
