All in all, most decent upticks we have had for the last couple of years are gov't induced ... eg. gov'ts will spend or print more money !! Korea just popped back a bit as the gov't just announced they are in the mkt !
My question ? Is it possible to keep this type of gov't spending going ? (Around the world?)
