I wouldnt think that the leak was quite the accident made out to be - not a bad thing for the shareholders and prospective take over companies to know that there is a fair bit of interest around.
Its not until you see it written in such simple terms that you realise this was a good business that has been butchered by some shocking decision making - trying to change/do too much in a short space of time.
Anyway - a great short-term opportunity if you have the nerve.
