    He would more then likely hold alot of the options as if he held 19.99% prior to them be ing executed it would dilute his holdings which may mean he would have to top up at higher levels... thats assuming he wants a 19.99% stake in the company.

    I just topped up on the CAPO around 13.5 - 14.
