The proposed consideration for the Acquisition is US$6 million to be satisfied by the issue of New Ordinary Shares in CTV, or at CTV discretion a mixture of share and cash.
Am I correct in thinking we will have shares in CTV. Is the sale a one off to CTV after the $6 million do they only receive royalties.
