CTV will pay US$3Million to acquire ecrypt.
If they choose to pay in shares then yes SEN will have ecrypt shares.
Additional US$3 Million to have the right to sell SEN encryptors ( also payable in shares if CTV wish)
After this a 15% royalty applies on sales of SEN encryptors.
Perhaps ecrypt can be sold to others but it might make long term strategic sense to use it to tie up this developing "partnership" strategy.
Galbally can do both once his CEO responsibilities are passed on. Many people are directors on multiple boards. Hope this helps.
